Engineering Management

Engineering Management of complex rail and energy schemes including provision of key Roles i.e. Contractors Engineering Manager (CEM) for Design/Construction. SHAPE’s key assets are driving integration, coordination and reducing risks to overall delivery.

Assurance & Compliance

Compliance reviews aligned with GRIP, PACE and Industry requirements. Ongoing project support including Management / Delivery of HAZID/HAZOPs. Provision of key client/contractor roles including Contractors Responsible Engineers (CREs) and Project Engineers (PE) / Designated Project Engineer (DPE).

Design Services

Feasibility, outline and detailed design for Traction Power, HV/LV infrastructure and multi-discipline projects.

Construction & Entry Into Service Support

Construction assurance, commissioning support and EIS documentation to enable safe asset handover.

Borehamwood Autotransformer Feeder Station

Relocation of Operational Triple Pole Disconnector Switch to facilitate maintenance and future resilience

Legacy Migration Programme

E&P Design for new network switches and hybrid sub-rack modules at FTN locations to enable migration and upgrade of the comms network
